Native to Texas and invasive to Nebraska, she spends her time crafting, playing with her bird, and reading dark academia. When it comes to writing, Vera explores the relationship between dark and light, bitter and sweet, and romance and suspense. As a nurse with a degree in psychology and minor in neuroscience, she enjoys weaving accurate and academic elements into her character-driven stories.
