Marcus Wareing’s contribution to British Food and inspiring the next generation of cookery talent has led him to be one of the most respected and acclaimed Chefs and restaurateurs in Britain today.
Originally from Southport, Merseyside, the son of a fruit and vegetable merchant, Marcus began his career at the young age of 18. An incredible talent, he started acquiring Michelin stars aged just 26 – one of only a handful of chefs to be recognised as such a young age. Over the last 30 years Marcus has been involved in the creation of many of London’s most iconic and celebrated restaurants including his own restaurant group.

Sally Page
After studying history at university, Sally moved to London to work in advertising. In her spare time she studied floristry at night school and eventually opened her own flower shop. Sally came to appreciate that flower shops offer a unique window into people’s stories and she began to photograph and write about this floral life in a series of non-fiction books. Later, she continued her interest in writing when she founded her fountain pen company, Plooms.co.uk.

Rukmini left the law to retrain as a chef, working for Tom Kitchin at 'The Kitchin' in Edinburgh before moving to London to do what she loves best - food styling, recipe writing and development.
