Maame Blue is a Ghanaian-Londoner, creative writing tutor and author of two novels; 'Bad Love', which won the 2021 Betty Trask award, and 'The Rest Of You' due for publication in October 2024 with Verve Books (UK) and Amistad Books (US). Her short stories have been published in 'Joyful, Joyful' (Pan Macmillan), 'Not Quite Right For Us' (Flipped Eye Publishing) and 'New Australian Fiction 2020' (Kill Your Darlings). Abdulrazak Gurnah was born in 1948 in Zanzibar and lives in England, where he teaches at the University of Kent.
