Alongside various career paths - ranging from aerobics instructor, lab technician, and lighting merchandiser, to researcher and director in television - she also wrote. Writing is what keeps her sane and happy!
Eventually, she trained and worked as a counsellor/therapist, and ran stress management workshops. Later co-founding, an artisan food business producing cold pressed rapeseed oil, which she is still involved in. It’s now a multi award-winning supplier to retail and foodservice customers throughout the UK,
