Welcome to my corner of Goodreads! I'm Lukas Castillo, the author of "Grappling Klay," a young adult novel that explores the themes of loss and redemption.

As a native of the steel city of Pittsburgh, I've drawn inspiration from my roots to craft a compelling narrative that coincides with the journey of a young kid from that part of the country.

When I'm not immersed in the world of storytelling, I'm an avid reader with an insatiable appetite for literature, ranging from the whimsical escapades of "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" to the thought-provoking dystopia of "The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes," and even diving into the raw and real world of autobiographies like "Titan" and "Snowball."
