Luis Carlos Barragán

Luis Carlos nació en Bogotá, Colombia, estudió Artes Plásticas en la Universidad Nacional de Colombia, e hizo una maestría en historia del arte islámico en la Universidad Americana del Cairo, Egipto.

Ha sido ganador del X concurso de novela de la Cámara de Comercio de Medellin con Vagabunda Bogotá, el II concurso de Historias de amor de Timbío, Cauca, fue finalista del Rómulo Gallegos en el 2013, y mención de honor en el concurso Isaac Asimov de Puerto Real, España con su novela El Gusano, en 2018, y el premio George Scanlon también en 2018, y también ganador en el concurso de Ucronías Perú, próximo a ser publicado.

Herbert W. Franke is an Austrian scientist and writer. He is considered one of the most important science fiction authors in the German language. He is also active in the fields of future research, speleology as well as computer graphics and digital art.
