Escritora quiteña nacida en 1962. Ha trabajado en el campo de la educación y en producción radiofónica. Como escritora de ficción tiene seis libros de cuentos juveniles publicados, entre ellos la colección “Bip Bip”(Premio Libresa, 2008), con la novela: “Salvo el calvario”(Premio Aurelio Espinoza Pólit, 2005), otorgado por la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador. Con la novela:“Alas para la soledad” obtuvo el premio (Darío Guevara Mayorga), otorgado por el Municipio de Quito. En su libro de relatos:“El ruido de la lluvia en la ventana” quedó finalista en el concurso (Ana María Matute, 2015), en la ciudad de Madrid.
