Luísa Castel-Branco é jornalista, apresentadora de televisão e escritora portuguesa.
A sua vida esteve desde sempre ligada à Comunicação, tendo começado a colaborar no jornal Semanário e mais tarde fez parte do grupo fundador da revista Máxima. Estudou Marketing e trabalhou em áreas tão distintas como Publicidade, Turismo, entre outras.
Foi assessora de imprensa de um gabinete ministerial e criou também uma agência de comunicação, dedicando-se à área do marketing político.
Em 1999, foi convidada a integrar o projeto CNL, canal onde começou a carreira televisiva. Depois do talk-show Luísa, mudou-se para a TVI onde apresentou o concurso Dinheiro à Vista. Uma nova mudança aconteceu, desta vez para a RTP, e apresentou os programas Emoções Fortes
