Susan Segovia-Munoz was born in Los Angeles, California. The Sweet Melissa Memoir Series is her first project. It is a series about overcoming adversity. It is the author's personal story of self-destruction. Learning from the bottom up and always the hard way, things are finally starting to develop a shine of their own. The author tells all, including many humiliating experiences. She leaves nothing out. From a homeless junkie to a law abiding drug-free citizen, this author is working hard to show that anything is possible and that it is her "Time to Shine!"
