Keenan Morris
Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Keenan Morris was a first-generation college graduate, who did not always intend to enter the finance and investing industry. In fact, he graduated with honors from Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia, with a degree in the health sciences. However, like many graduates, Keenan not only left school with a degree but also with a lot of student loans and debt.
After graduation, he quickly learned that most companies were unwilling to hire for more than low-paying entry-level positions. Eventually, out of necessity, he was forced to take an office job in a field completely unrelated to his college degree.
