She works traditionally in colored pencil and gouache and digitally in Photoshop to create soft, layered pieces with a dream-like quality. Her work is largely inspired by nature, fleeting moments, and the feelings of everyday interactions. Her passions include pies, puns, and puzzles. She is based in Orange County, California.

Philip Dey "Phil" Eastman was an American screenwriter, children's author, and illustrator. As an author, he is known primarily as P. D. Eastman.
