June shortly became inspired to write children’s book as soon as he had a little baby girl in June 2016. His journey on Doodle Thinking got serious when his wife pregnant the most precious little one, Irene Kang. The concept has been incubated in his head over the last three decades since his father taught him the initial concept since he was a 5-year old boy.
June Kang is a father with a 2-year-old daughter and a dreamer with a problem-solving mindset. In addition to his job as a children’s book author, he works as a creative director in New York to solve client’s wicked problems with his doodle thinking.
