Kamon, a French Canadian of Abenaki descent, was born in the Province of Quebec. Kamon has written and illustrated more than 104 books published in French and English. Kamon’s picture books and Abenaki legends reflect her genuine appreciation for wisdom, happiness, and Mother Earth.

I always find these things so hard to write, as I’m sure many of you do! All I can say is that, I love reading, any genre really but more specifically Crime and Sci-if thrillers that are more grounded in reality all my jam! I love characters that make you question their morals and your own. I love a protagonist with a genuine cause who truly believes they’re doing the right thing - even if they do questionable things to get there.
Aside from writing I love spending time with my family and going on adventures with them. I also play English 8-ball pool for my local team.
