It's been said that a writer should "write what you know" and my life seems to have had numerous lifetimes crammed into it already. I've walked the warrior's path, trained as a traditional shaman, and devoted a good portion of my time for countless years teaching people how to think outside the box and find themselves.
Somehow I still manage to find time to slip into a sea kayak or throw on a backpack and disappear into the wilderness for a few days at a time.
