Jan Horníček
Jan Horníček (1989) se narodil v Rychnově nad Kněžnou, vystudoval matematické inženýrství a vyučoval na strojní fakultě VUT v Brně. Zájem o humanitní obory – historii, psychologii a filozofii – jej přivedl k historickým románům. Dosud publikoval pouze časopisecky, poezii v časopisech Host a Protimluv. Věnuje se práci ve skautu a pracuje jako instruktor vzdělávacích kurzů. Historická detektivka Čarostřelec je jeho knižním debutem – za román získal v roce 2020 Literární cenu Knižního klubu.
