J.L. Chancy

J.L. Chancy was born in Point Pleasant, West Virginia, home of the Mothman. Her prompt export across the river to Meigs County, Ohio did little to separate her from the superstitions and legends that stalked the hills of her Appalachian home. So, it’s hard to say whether it was nature or nurture that made her a macabre, fantasy nerd from day one.

Fun Fact: She’s such a fantasy nerd that she joined a joust troupe and married a knight.

When J.L. isn’t writing, she indulges in her Skyrim obsession, reads fantasy of all kinds, and hangs out with her family, cats, and her horse.
