Jô Soares
José Eugênio Soares, mais conhecido como Jô Soares, foi um humorista, apresentador de televisão, escritor, artista plástico, diretor teatral e ator brasileiro.Nasceu em 16 de janeiro de 1938, no Rio de Janeiro. Filho do empresário paraibano Orlando Soares e da dona-de-casa Mercedes Leal, Jô queria ser diplomata quando criança. Estudou no Colégio São Bento do Rio de Janeiro e em Lausanne na Suíça, no Lycée Jaccard, com este objetivo. Porém, percebeu que o senso de humor apurado e a criatividade inatas apontavam-no para outra direção. Começou a trabalhar na TV Rio em 1958 e na TV Excelsior e TV Record na década de 1960, em São Paulo.
