Irene Cordón i Solá-Sagales
Irene Cordón i Solà-Sagalés (Barcelona, 1972) és Doctora en Arqueologia i Història Antiga de la Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB), amb una tesi sobre «Les dones de la reialesa egípcia de les Dinasties 0 a III (c.3100-2600 aC)». Va completar una estada d’un any a l’American University in Cairo (AUC) com a investigadora durant la seva recerca doctoral.
Amb un Màster i un Postgrau en Estudis Orientals–Egiptologia de l’Institut d’Estudis del Pròxim Orient Antic de la UAB i una Llicenciatura en Dret de la Universitat de Barcelona (UB), la Dra. Cordón ha participat en congressos nacionals i internacionals d’Egiptologia, a més de contribuir al «Proyecto Kom el-Khamasín» a Saqqara Sud amb l’equip de la UAB.
