Tracy Tydeman was born and raised in Colorado. She went to college in North Carolina and Denver, graduating with a B.A. in Graphic Design from the Art Institute of Colorado. While in college, Tracy also became a Snowboard Instructor, so just after graduation she took the opportunity to "chase winter" - heading to New Zealand to experience another country.
