Gisela B. Schmidt ist 1984 in Ravensburg geboren und aufgewachsen. Nachdem sie sich im Kindergartenalter das Lesen selbst beigebracht hatte, waren Bücher aus ihrem Leben nicht mehr wegzudenken. Durch ihre Studienwahl sicherte sich die energiegeladene Optimistin das Privileg, sich auch beruflich mit Büchern umgeben zu können, und unterrichtet bis heute leidenschaftlich gerne an einem Baden-Württemberger Gymnasium. Ihre schriftstellerische Kreativität lebte sie zunächst nur zum privaten Vergnügen aus, entschied sich 2020 dann aber für eine Veröffentlichung.
