Gipi

Gianni Pacinotti, better known by his pen name Gipi, is an Italian illustrator and comic book author. Gipi is regarded as one of the most influential Italian cartoonists of his generation. His graphic novels are perennial best-sellers in Italy and have received international acclaim.
Pacinotti was born in 1963 in Pisa, Italy, where he still lives. He started his career as an illustrator for the publishing and advertising fields. Since 1992, Gipi has created illustrations and comics for several Italian magazines and newspapers, such as Cuore, Il Clandestino, Il Manifesto, La Straniero, Internationale, La Repubblica.

Luca Debus is a lover of comic strips and fervent Charles M. Schulz enthusiast. He lives on the edge between the world of comics and the world of literature. Will Eisner

William Erwin Eisner was an American cartoonist, writer, and entrepreneur. He was one of the earliest cartoonists to work in the American comic book industry, and his series The Spirit (1940–1952) was noted for its experiments in content and form. In 1978, he popularized the term "graphic novel" with the publication of his book A Contract with God. He was an early contributor to formal comics studies with his book Comics and Sequential Art (1985). Igor Tuveri was born in 1958 in Cagliari, Sardinia, Italy. At age 20 Tuveri moved to Bologne and started publishing comics with the pen name Igort. He received his bachelor of arts degree in visual communication from the École Supérieure d’Arts Appliqués in Geneva in 1995.
