Eugen Karl Dühring
Eugen Dühring is best known as a philosopher and political economist. However, he practiced law in Berlin from 1856 to 1859. Only after losing his eyesight did he become a scholar.
In his work he developed his own idea of socialism and severely criticised militarism, Marxism, religion, Judaism, and universities. As a response Engels wrote Anti-Dühring.
