Erik Scherder

Prof. Dr. Erik J.A. Scherder is hoogleraar Klinische Neuropsychologie en hoofd van de gelijknamige afdeling bij de Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam. Ook is hij hoogleraar Bewegingswetenschappen aan de Rijksuniversiteit te Groningen. Beide universiteiten kende hem de onderwijsprijs toe, mede bepaald door studenten. Hij wordt beschreven als een bevlogen spreker, zijn onderzoek focust zich met name op de positieve effecten van beweging op het functioneren van ons brein.

Hij is bekend geworden door zijn optreden bij DWDD en de Universiteit van Nederland.

Clarissa Pinkola Estés
