Dominik Spenst

The German author and entrepreneur, Dominik Spenst (born 1988), studied Business Administration in Frankfurt, Bangkok, Barcelona and Paderborn. A severe motorbike accident, followed by four months in hospital and several operations, transformed his life. As a result of this experience, he self-published The 6-Minute Diary (originally published under the German title Das 6-Minuten-Tagebuch).

Currently, he and his small team in Berlin are building the brand UrBestSelf. What unites them? The goal to create books that help users go through life with more mindfulness and less stress.
