Absolvent al Facultății de Energetică din București.
A debutat în 1981, cu povestirea „Viață de familie”, în revista Știință și Tehnică. A publicat zeci de povestiri în reviste și almanahuri, numeroase scenarii de televiziune și radio. Este prezent în peste douăzeci de antologii și volume colective de povestiri, între care Anthology of European Speculative Fiction (2013), Bing, bing, Larisa (2013), Worlds and Beings (2015) etc.
