Cristian Fulaș a absolvit Litere, apoi studii aprofundate de teoria literaturii. Debutează în 2015 cu Fîșii de rușine (Gestalt Books; Premiul Observator cultural pentru debut; Premiul Colocviilor „Liviu Rebreanu”; Premiul revistei Accente; nominalizat la Premiile USR pentru debut; nominalizat la Premiul Cartea Anului al Ziarului de Iași). Fragmente din roman au fost traduse în franceză, italiană, germană, engleză, bulgară, croată, suedeză, maghiară. TELEŞPAN s-a născut prematur, pe 11 noiembrie 1979, la Drăgăşani, Vâlcea, într-o familie aparent normală. Aspectul lui la naştere i-a făcut pe părinţi să plângă.
