Chris Conolly was born and raised in South Philadelphia, PA. Growing up in a single mother home, the greatest and most influential male role model in his life was his grandfather, Angelo. As a young child, Chris loved drawing and spent hours a day teaching himself how to draw hoping to one day become a cartoonist. Chris’ grandfather often saved his sketchbooks and always encouraged Chris to pursue his love of drawing. He became the first member of his family to graduate from college in 2003. After working in marketing for several years, Chris decided to change careers and pursue his passion for becoming a strong role model for young children while using his creative talents by becoming an elementary teacher. Kristi R. (Rohdy) Bradbury grew up enjoying road trips across the USA with her family. She shared stories of her adventures with her own children, and, for a decade, she talked about writing them into books.
