Chris Saunders is a best selling author and illustrator from the North East UK. He studied Illustration at The University of Northampton, and has lectured in Illustration for several years.

Chris is internationally represented by the illustration agency Astound US, working predominantly within the children's picture book industry; as well as book covers, educational publications, character and creative development, and licencing.

Chris is the author and illustrator of ‘Wish’, his debut picture book, published in multiple languages around the world and sold in retailers including Waterstones.
