I have been creating my entire life in many forms, including as a professional quilter, quilt pattern designer, teacher, writer, and business owner.
I hold a BA in Sociology and Anthropology, as well as an M.Ed. in Counseling. I spent twenty years working in Social Services, primarily at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Manchester, NH. I worked with children who came from one-parent families who needed extra attention, guidance, and support.
Much of my writing is rooted in my personal experiences and family history. I enjoy conducting research and have incorporated historical elements into my stories.
