C.N. Rudy is originally from Calgary, Alberta, and now resides in Edmonton with her husband and their cats. She has wanted to be a writer for as long as she can remember, and is thrilled to finally be living her dream.
Growing up, she struggled with her mental health, which carried into adulthood. After a journey of self growth through therapy, she is finally ready to share her stories. Her ultimate goal in life is to raise awareness and start the conversation surrounding mental illness.
