Bojan Babić

Bojan Babić

Bojan Babić is a Serbian writer whose work moves fluidly between satire, surrealism, and sharp social commentary. He studied Serbian and World Literature at the Faculty of Philology in Belgrade and received the Borislav Pekić Foundation Award for his novel Girls, Be Good—a fragmented, daring narrative that marked his emergence as a distinctive literary voice.

Since then, Babić has published a series of novels and collections that examine the absurdities of contemporary life with wit and imagination. His writing—spanning prose, poetry, and essays—has been translated and published internationally.

His published works include:

PLI – PLI (1996), short stories

Noises in Prose (2003), poetic prose

Stories About Happiness (2008), short stories
