Her hopeless romantic side may seep into her work in unexpected ways, as well as her fascination with unreliable, flawed characters that face off with the intricacies of identity, survival, and the toll of desire. When this Michigan native isn’t writing or curled up with hot chocolate and a book, you’ll find her painting, playing chess or basketball, or laughing through quirky sitcoms with her husband.
Lily grew up on the east coast of Australia, where she still lives and creates.
Most passionate about the experience a human has in the journey back to themselves, Lily is a full-time word searcher—fixated on finding the true words that encapsulate life in real-time, for herself and her peers.
Her primary dream through her work is to help someone with the language of that journey.
