Arkas

Arkas (Greek: Αρκάς) is the pen name of a Greek comic artist.
His strip series, the first of which is "O Kokkoras" (The Rooster, 1981) appeared in the Greek comic magazine Babel and were later published as comic albums.
The series O Isovitis (The Lifer, 1988) is his most popular work.

Sebastian Fitzek

Sebastian Fitzek was born in Berlin in 1971. After going to law school and being promoted to LL.D., he decided against a juridical profession for a creative occupation in the media. After the traineeship at a private radio station he switched to the competition as head of entertainment and became chief editor later on, thereafter becoming an independent executive consultant and format developer for numerous media companies in Europe. Lena Divani (Greek: Λένα Διβάνη) was born in Volos, Greece in 1955 and is currently professor of foreign policy history at the University of Athens School of Law.
Besides her academic publications she has written for Greek newspapers and magazines, and published numerous short story collections, childrens' books, plays and novels. Her novels have been translated into French, Italian and Spanish.

Maria Iordanidou
Γεννήθηκε στην Κωνσταντινούπολη το 1897 και έζησε τα παιδικά της χρόνια στον Πειραιά και το Βατούμ της Ρωσίας. Φοίτησε σε ρωσικό γυμνάσιο, στη Σταυρούπολη, όπου τη βρήκε η Οκτωβριανή Επανάσταση. Το 1919 γύρισε στην Κωνσταντινούπολη και λίγο αργότερα πήγε στην Αλεξάνδρεια, όπου παντρεύτηκε τον Ιορδάνη Ιορδανίδη. Το 1923 επέστρεψαν μαζί στην Αθήνα, αλλά σύντομα ο Ιορδανίδης έφυγε.

Εξαιτίας των συνθηκών της ζωής της, η Ιορδανίδου απέκτησε μεγάλη γλωσσομάθεια και εργάστηκε ως ιδιωτική υπάλληλος. Έγινε γνωστή στο λογοτεχνικό χώρο με το έργο Λωξάντρα, που έγραψε σε ηλικία 65 χρονών, το 1962, και γνώρισε πολλές επανεκδόσεις.
