Are Kalvø, norsk satiriker og forfatter. Han debuterte i 1994 med boken Absolutt Oslo. Senere har han blant annet gitt ut «håndboken» Kunsten å vere neger (1996), mediesatiren Men fjernkontrollen min får du aldri (1997) og Harry (1999), som gir oss den fullstendige beskrivelsen av Harry-Norge. Dessuten han han utgitt satirebøkene Bibelen 2 (2002, laget sammen med Steffen Kverneland), Syden (2002) og Våre venner kinesarane (2007).

Erlend Loe is a Norwegian novelist. He worked at a psychiatric clinic, and was later a freelance journalist for Norwegian newspaper Adresseavisen. Loe now lives and works in Oslo where in 1998 he co-founded Screenwriters Oslo - an office community for screenwriters.
