Annika Büsing

Annika Büsing ist als Arbeiterkind im Ruhrgebiet geboren und aufgewachsen, mit einer ausgeprägten Vorliebe für Punkrock und Bücher. Nach dem Abitur schloss sie zunächst eine Ausbildung in einem Verlag ab, entschied sich dann aber, Germanistik und Theologie auf Lehramt zu studieren. Nach dem Studium zog es sie Richtung Norden, zunächst nach Island zum Jobben und Schreiben, dann nach Hamburg zum Referendariat. Inzwischen lebt sie mit ihrem Mann und ihren zwei Söhnen wieder in Bochum, wo sie an einem Gymnasium unterrichtet. Die Liebe zu Punkrock und Büchern ist geblieben. "Nordstadt" ist ihr erster Roman.
