Inese ķestere ir Liepājniece, mācījusies piektajā vidusskolā un 13 gadu vecumā publicējusi savu pirmo rakstu avīzē, no tā laika saistot dzīvi ar žurnālistiku.
Strādā "TV Kurzeme".

"Skolas Spoks" ir Ineses pirmā izdotā grāmata, kas nākusi klajā pateicoties Zvaigznes ABC rīkotajam konkursam.

Autore šobrīd strādā pie diviem citiem stāstiem, no kuriem viens paredzēts pieaugušajiem un otrs- jauniešiem.

Florin Bican

Florin Bican a absolvit Facultatea de Limbi și Literaturi străine, Secția engleză-rusă, a Universității București. A fost, pe rând, profesor de limba rusă, traducător din limba engleză, secretar pentru probleme de presă și relații internaționale al USR, asistent la Catedra de engleză a Universității București, iar în 1995 s-a stabilit în Germania, unde a predat limba engleză până în 2005. Revine în țară în 2006 în calitate de Coordonator al programului Institutului Cultural Român pentru pregătirea tinerilor traducători străini în vederea traducerii scriitorilor români.

Ion Barbu

Ion Barbu pe numele său adevărat Dan Barbilian (n. 18 martie 1895, Câmpulung-Muşcel, d. 11 august 1961, Bucureşti) a fost un poet şi matematician român. A fost unul dintre cei mai importanţi poeţi români interbelici, reprezentant al modernismului literar românesc.

Unicul fiu al magistratului Constantin Barbilian şi al Smarandei (n. Soiculescu), fiica de procuror. Pseudonimul care l-a făcut celebru în poezie este, de fapt, numele originar al familiei, transformat printr-o latinizare curentă.

Studiile elementare şi gimnaziale le face la Câmpulung, Damineşti, Stâlpeni, Piteşti. Urmează liceul la Bucureşti. Demonstrează de pe acum deosebite aptitudini de matematician. După ce îşi susține licenţa (1921) obţine o bursă pentru doctorat în Germania.

Laura Nureldin

M-am născut pe 11 octombrie 1979, la Iași, din mamă bucureșteancă și tată sudanez. Despre tata am aflat la 35 de ani că trăiește, deci ăsta ar putea fi următorul meu roman :)

Am scris de când mă știu. Pe pereți, pe hârtie, în desfășurătorul de jurnal, pe blog. Acum, la „bătrânețe”, m-am apucat de scris povești.

Nici studiile, nici funcția nu mă recomandau pentru asta – sunt absolventă de Psihologie și am lucrat ca prezentator de știri din 2002 până în 2018. Am început cu un jurnal în engleză, am terminat cu ediții speciale și jurnale de weekend.

Îmi scriu cărțile în engleză, cu viteza medie de două pagini per pahar de vin. De fapt, sunt povești care se scriu singure; doar că personajele au nevoie de o dactilografă care să le spună istoria. Car
