Aitor Sánchez García (Albacete, 1988). Dietista-Nutricionista, Tecnólogo Alimentario, investigador, educador, formador y voluntario.

No pedí nacer, aún así ya que estaba en camino elegí hacerlo en Albacete. Mis padres escogieron por mí el nombre, menos mal que me gusta; apellidos: “Unos del montón, que sean baratos por favor”.

Mi madre me regaló en la infancia los fascículos de “Érase una vez… El cuerpo humano” lo que hizo que olvidase mi vocación de paleontólogo (culpa de Spielberg) y tomase el rumbo de la salud.

Quise ser médico hasta que me enteré de que había que abrir a personas y hacer cosas peliagudas, por lo que me decanté por una rama sanitaria menos invasiva que no me provocase desmayos. Me inicié al mundo de la Nutrición y la Dietét
