Amity writes fantasy for young adults. While the content of her stories range from fairy tales to dragons to death, all her books feature heroines who discover truths hidden in their own hearts and who find their purpose in the world around them. When this native Kansan is not writing, she cares for and homeschools her children and searches storm clouds for a glimpse of tornadoes.
Cara Ruegg is an artist who lives a happy life with her husband and children.
